- Payment transaction records (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, Visa, Binance Pay, Cryptomus, etc.)
- Social media URLs and post links submitted with orders
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Support chat and email communications
We never collect your social media passwords, national ID numbers, or biometric data. We do not store credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

- To manage your account and wallet balance

- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access

We only share limited data with payment processors (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, Binance, Cryptomus, etc.) as needed to complete your transactions, and with hosting providers who are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.
We may disclose information if required by law or court order under Kenyan jurisdiction.

- Secure, encrypted payment processing through carrier-grade gateways
- One-way password hashing (we cannot see your password)

5. Cookies

6. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain payment records for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Anonymised data may be kept for analytics purposes.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to processing for marketing purposes

8. Reseller & API Users
If you use our API as a reseller, your API key and order data are logged for delivery and billing purposes. Resellers are responsible for the privacy practices of their own panels and end-clients.
9. Children's Privacy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
