InstaFame Terms of Service

By signing up or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service and that instafame.co.ke cannot be held liable for any loss to users who do not read the following Terms of Service.

InstaFame is the provider of services such as Instagram / Twitter / TikTok. We only guarantee an increase in the number of your followers and the highest quality service.

We do not guarantee that your new followers will engage with you, but we guarantee that you will definitely get the followers you paid for.

Although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts, incoming users may not have a profile picture in some cases. We are working to make this better.

You will not upload anything to the instafame.co.ke website, including nudity or any material that is not acceptable or appropriate for Instagram/Twitter/Telegram/TikTok/YouTube or other Social Media communities. Our system can remove such links by extracting them.

InstaFameSmm

InstaFame provides approximate descriptions and service descriptions for each service. We make no guarantees other than the specified delivery time. We provide our best estimate for orders at the time of placing orders. However, these are estimates. You will not have any problems with the orders you want to cancel.

Refund Policy

We allow lifetime refunds for the following conditions. Read carefully before registration:

1. Order Marked as Completed Before Finished. Full refund.

2.Order Not Started In Five Days, Full Refund.

3.Once you complete a payment, you agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. Contact our support for a refund.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. Orders placed through InstaFame.co.ke will not be returned or canceled after they have been placed. If the order cannot be delivered, you will receive a refund credit to your InstaFame.co.ke account.

Misplaced or Special account orders will not be eligible for a refund. Be sure to confirm each order before placing it. Fraud activities such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will result in your account being terminated. No exceptions. Our stance on this matter is very clear!

Please do not use more than one order for the same page simultaneously. In this case, we cannot give you the correct number of followers/likes. We state this in the descriptions section. Please keep your attention!

Most services start instantly, except for some that take 12-72 hours to deliver. If you do not receive your service on time, please get in touch with our support team.

Applicable Law

The use of this website and any dispute arising from its use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

Privacy Policy

Our company attaches great importance to your privacy. We follow a privacy policy to tell you how we collect and use information about you and what we do to keep that information confidential. We collect data from our users such as Username, Email, Skype ID, and IP Address.

InstaFame.co.ke does not share confidential information you provide to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.

We do not communicate and do not communicate with service owners. We do not disclose information about your sale; all information remains with us. We will protect your data for security and prevent fraud, theft, or loss. We also guarantee the security of your data against copying or modification by third parties.

Terms of Service

By signing up or using InstaFame (instafame.co.ke), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination without refund.

2. Services

InstaFame provides social media marketing services including followers, likes, views, watch hours, subscribers, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter (X), Telegram, Spotify, LinkedIn, Discord, Twitch, Snapchat, SoundCloud, and others.

Service descriptions and estimated delivery times are approximations. We guarantee delivery of the ordered quantity but do not guarantee engagement from delivered followers or any specific business outcome.

3. Payments

All services are prepaid. You must fund your InstaFame wallet before placing orders. We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, Vodacom, Zamtel, TNM, Halotel, Yas, Moov, Visa, American Express, Binance Pay, and Cryptomus.

We do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways. Deposited funds are non-transferable and do not expire.

4. Orders & Delivery

Most orders start within minutes. Some services may take 12–72 hours. Larger orders may be delivered gradually to maintain natural growth patterns.

You are responsible for providing correct profile URLs and post links. Orders placed with incorrect details are not eligible for refunds. Do not place multiple orders for the same service on the same link at the same time.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under these conditions:

Order marked as completed before it was actually finished — full refund.
Order not started within 5 days — full refund.
Partial delivery with no progress for 48+ hours — refund for undelivered portion.

Refunds are credited to your InstaFame wallet balance. Fully delivered orders and orders placed with incorrect information are not eligible for refunds.

By making a payment, you agree not to file a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team. Chargebacks filed without prior resolution will result in account termination and permanent ban. Use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

6. 30-Day Refill Guarantee

Most services include a 30-day refill guarantee. If your delivered count drops within 30 days of completion, contact support with your order ID and we will refill at no cost.

The refill guarantee does not apply if your account was deleted, suspended, or banned by the social media platform, if you changed your username or set your profile to private, or if the service is marked "No Refill."

7. Resellers & API

Registered users may access our REST API to resell services through their own panels at wholesale pricing. Resellers are responsible for their own clients, billing, and support. API keys are confidential — sharing or exposing your key may result in suspension.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use InstaFame to promote content containing nudity, violence, hate speech, illegal activity, or material that violates the terms of any social media platform. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

9. Account Security

InstaFame will never ask for your social media passwords. We only require your public profile URL or post link. You are responsible for keeping your InstaFame login credentials secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. InstaFame is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of social media accounts, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your account. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

11. Disclaimer

InstaFame is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook (Meta), Twitter (X), Spotify, or any other social media platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
